PRESS RELEASE: IEST Positions Cleanroom Community for Standards Adherence, Operational Excellence

Organization Provides Second Chance to Learn from Renowned Industry Expert

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL (October 30, 2015) —As the cleanroom industry rushes to accommodate new adjustments to cleanroom standards ISO 14644-1 and -2, the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) is providing the critical training to ease all stakeholders through the transition.

The revised ISO 14644-1 and -2 standards are the culmination of years of review and debate on cleanroom classification and monitoring requirements. IEST is offering professionals unable to attend the 2015 Fall Conference a valuable opportunity to listen to expert Robert Mielke’s Understanding the Changes to ISO 14644-1 and ISO 14644-2, in a live facility presentation on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in Pasadena, TX.

Mr. Mielke’s Fall Conference course, Understanding the Changes to ISO 14644-1 and ISO 14644-2, is at the heart of the industry-trending news of pending revisions to ISO 14644-1 and -2. However, the late publishing of Final Draft International Standards (FDIS) was a factor for those professionals unable to gain approval in the timeframe. The February 2 course provides ample time for budget approval for critical 2016 training.

Only IEST provides training with Robert Mielke, the renowned 22-year secretary for ISO 14644. This foundational training is a must-attend for anyone new to the cleanroom industry, as well as those who will be affected by the critical changes to ISO 14644-1 and -2.

The February 2, 2016 training session will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at the Superior Laboratory Services Cleanroom Demonstration Facility, 1720 Preston Road, Suite A, Pasadena, TX 77503. For more information and to register visit
